I changed the second display (My TV) to my main display and my PC monitor as the second display in the setting and it fixed the jerking even with the TV back at it's recommended resolution at full screen it seems to be running jerk free and if you change the taskbar setting so that it shows on all displays instead of just the main one then to be honest it doesn't matter which one is set as the main display as you have full function with any. At first I thought no big deal as I have a 60" TV so whats an inch haha but after about 10 minutes into a film I decided It was doing my head in so went back and had another play and found an even better solution Select Attempt to remove the driver for this device, then select Uninstall and restart your PC. Expand the Display adapters section, select and hold (or right-click) the listed adapter, then select Uninstall device. It fixed the jerking and actually gave me a better quality picture, however downside was I lost an inch off the edge of my screen with a black border. Start your PC in safe mode, then select and hold (or right-click) Start and select Device Manager.
